As the Learning and Development field evolves, I stay current on evidence-based adult learning theory, learning tools, and the principles of design. I create and curate innovative, resourceful, thoughtful, and functional learning experiences.

I lived in New York and Massachusetts before settling in San Diego, California. I am a multi-instrumental singer/songwriter (piano, drums, ukulele, guitar) and a fitness enthusiast (running, hiking, yoga, kickboxing, tennis). I am also a foodie and I love the beach!
